The nutrition knows as a diet with three apples has been created by the popular nutritionist from Washington, Tamy Flin.

She found out that one of her clients managed to lose a few kilos by a normal nutrition and eating one apple before each meal.

Flin had also experimented with other clients before she showed her new plan for nutrition in the public.

She had clients who managed to lose eight kilos in just twelve weeks.

The nutrition is based on consumption of one apple before every meal.  The secret is in the plant fibers of the apples that makes you feel full and with it the necessity for eating sweets is satisfied. Beside eating apples, it is also recommended a food based on consumption of less carbohydrate.

It is recommended to eat four to five times a day healthy food. It includes a great quantity of fruits and vegetables which means fewer calories to be consumed and no hunger will be felt.

Recommended food:

  • Apples
  • Low-fat cheese
  • Low-fat yoghurt
  • Eggs
  • Chicken
  • Turkey
  • Salmon
  • Oat flakes
  • Integral rice
  • Broccoli
  • Lettuce

Sample diet of a daily food 

  • Breakfast: apple, omelets, cup of oak flakes
  • Snack: glass of yoghurt, cheese
  • Lunch: apple, grilled chicken, two pieces broccoli
  • Snack: cappuccino shake
  • Dinner: apple, salmon, lettuce

Advantages:

  • The apples will saturate you and you will not over eat from the meal that follows.
  • The apples contain fibers that reduce the cholesterol level.
  • The apples contain flavonoids that reduce the risk of cancer and other diseases.
  • The meals are balanced-everything the body need is taken.
  • It is easy to be followed.
  • At the same time they encourage the consumption of vegetables and fruits.

Disadvantages:

  • The meals are not diverse.
  • You can get bored to eat apples.
  • It cannot be taken the favorite food if it is with high level of calories.
